BILINGUAL CHINESE AND ENGLISH -Medical receptionist/ Assistant

Virtual medical receptionist needed in New York City. Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, 10 am -6pm EST.

This candidate must have excellent patient service skills. Effective interpersonal and communications skills are required. Must have a pleasant telephone demeanor and be a team player.

No prior experience needed. Must be fluent in Chinese and English.

Requirements for this position:
1. Fast internet connection ( upload and download >100 Mbps with VPN on )
2. Dual Monitor desktop computer set up
3. Designated, sound proofed, and quiet room to work
4. Fluent in Chinese and English
