JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our visibility and generate qualified leads using smart, low-cost tactics. We’re a customer engagement platform with AI chatbots, SMS, WhatsApp, and web chat channels, along with key integrations for NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics. We don’t have a big team or big budgets—we need someone who can think creatively, pitch ideas, and execute across different channels using what we have.

A big part of this role is growing our presence across platforms like G2, YouTube, and LinkedIn. That means finding ways to increase reviews, followers, and awareness using grassroots methods. Whether it’s running simple outreach campaigns, building lead magnets, pitching creative content formats, or helping package up use-case bundles, you’ll help drive growth that we can track and scale.

You’ll also manage and monitor low-budget PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or YouTube) and actively build fresh contact lists for outbound efforts. You won’t need to do everything yourself, but you do need to take initiative, come up with ideas, and work with writers, designers, or developers as needed to get things live.

What You’ll Do
• Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using existing and newly built lead lists
• Generate targeted contact lists based on industries, roles, and use cases
• Plan, launch, and monitor small-scale PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Help grow G2, Gartner reviews, YouTube subscribers, and LinkedIn followers
• Propose creative ways to promote our integrations (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Work with others to draft emails, video scripts, and page content
• Pitch scrappy content or campaign ideas that don’t require big spend
• Set up and monitor UTM tracking, GA4 conversions, and campaign performance
• Research and identify new partner or listing opportunities
• Package features into industry-specific solutions and find ways to promote them
• Help manage newsletters, engagement flows, and follow-up campaigns
• Track what works, report outcomes, and test new variations

• You understand that growing followers, visibility, and reviews leads to pipeline
• You’re not afraid to pitch ideas, test things, or suggest unusual tactics
• You can figure out what’s possible on a small budget with limited resources
• You follow through and get things live, even if they’re not perfect
• You’re comfortable collaborating across content, design, and dev

Helpful Experience (Not All Required)
• Running PPC campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, or YouTube
• Building and segmenting B2B contact lists from tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Working on LinkedIn, YouTube, or G2 presence
Email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools
• SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Google Analytics, UTM setup, or basic performance tracking
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Microsoft integration marketplaces
• Coordinating freelancers or working with lean teams
