The following tasks will be in your day to day,

Lead Generation and Conditioning ( 2 to 3 times a week- 6 hours/week)
1. Generate marketing content for Facebook, linked in, Instagram
2. Post on social media
3. Develop and start a facebook page with new videos and posts from provided content and story outlines

Data Analysis and Deal Finding (3 days a week - 12 hours)

1. As per instructions, analyse data and input the findings in to a spreadsheet
2. Search Realestate.com.au and domain.com.au and call sales agents looking to purchase investment grade property ( Will train on data factors)
3. Atleast get one or two off market (not listed) properties by maintaining the relationship

Client contact ( 1or 2 days a week - 2hours/week)

1. Email client questionnares to new clients
2. Collate data on requirements
3. Issue invoices
4. Email Mortgage broker, organise building and pest inspection etc

Daily update tasks in Whatsapp group and copy all emails
