Overview:
We’re seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to own and optimise our marketing automation strategies. You’ll build and maintain efficient workflows, set up targeted marketing campaigns, and analyse data to boost lead generation and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Automation Workflows: Develop, implement, and maintain automation campaigns
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with tea
Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators, generate actionable insights, and refine campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
System Integration: Ensure marketing tools and CRMs are properly configured and seamlessly integrated.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements in automation processes, staying on top of emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration methodologies.
Solid grasp of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, campaign tracking tools) for reporting and optimisation.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, deadline-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently.
Familiarity with coding or scripting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous but not mandatory.
