Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to help streamline and optimize our workflows using Zapier, Monday, Adversus, and HighLevel. If you have worked with marketing agencies, understand lead generation and sales automation, and can work independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimize automation workflows using Zapier, Monday, Adversus, and HighLevel
- Improve and automate lead generation and sales processes
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and fix automation issues
- Document processes and create automation guides
- Proactively suggest and implement automation improvements

Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in automation and workflow optimization
- Strong expertise in Zapier, Monday, Adversus, and HighLevel
- Experience working with marketing agencies, lead generation, and sales teams
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on your own
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proactive mindset – you take initiative and bring new ideas
