Looking for a Tech-Savvy VA to Help Build Out Our Call Center Systems (GHL, Make, Slack, Webhooks & More)

We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive systems & automations VA to help us streamline and scale our client onboarding and communication workflows.

This is not a beginner role — the ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools like Go High Level (GHL), Make (Integromat), Slack integrations, APIs, and webhooks. You’ll be helping us connect different platforms and automate routine tasks, such as onboarding new clients, setting up call center flows, and keeping everything running smoothly through smart automations.

Responsibilities:
Build and optimize automations using Make, Go High Level, Slack, Sheets, and webhooks

Set up and maintain automated onboarding flows for new clients

Create backend systems that reduce manual work and improve team communication

Help document SOPs and system workflows

Suggest and implement process improvements

Integrate project management tools (like ClickUp, Trello, etc.) for internal task tracking

Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of GHL, Make (Integromat), API/Webhook setup, and Google Sheets

Solid understanding of system architecture and automation strategy

Experience with Slack integrations and process mapping

Familiarity with project management tools and how to build effective workflows

*C2-level English proficiency — both written and spoken* REQUIRED

Self-starter who can take initiative and solve problems without constant oversight

This position starts part-time with the potential to scale to full-time quickly based on performance. There’s plenty of room for growth and long-term opportunity for the right person.

Starting Pay: $5 USD per hour
