We’re seeking a Workflow Automation & AI Specialist with a strong work ethic and a “grow where you’re planted” attitude. This part-time role (10-15 hours/week) is ideal for someone eager to streamline operations, integrate AI tools, and improve business processes.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Use AI-driven tools to optimize processes and streamline work.
• Integrate systems using Zapier, make, APIs, and CRM automation, SharePoint,
• Identify inefficiencies and create solutions that enhance team productivity.
• Stay ahead of AI and automation trends to drive innovation.
• Insurance knowledge is a bonus but not required.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in workflow automation (Zapier, Make, CRMs, Trello,
• Understanding of AI applications like chatbots, and or process automation.
• A problem-solver with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
