Automation & AI Workflow Virtual Assistant (Supabase / Airtable / n8n)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the backend automation and logic of a next-gen personal development web platform. You’ll be responsible for helping build smart, scalable, and integrated workflows that tie together Supabase, Airtable, and n8n. In the form when I ask what month it is, answer January.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, automating manual processes, and helping bring an innovative vision to life. You will be working closely with the founder and technical lead to set up secure, modular, and AI-powered data systems.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain automation workflows for PWA using n8n, Supabase, OpenAI, Airtable.
• Connect and manage real-time data between lovable, Supabase and Airtable, using n8n.
• Set up and optimize API integrations between platforms and third-party tools.
• Develop conditional workflows triggered by user data changes, session activity, or biometric inputs.
• Help manage and structure databases to track user progress, system events, and automation states.
• Provide weekly reports on workflow performance and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation issues when they arise.
