Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to design, build, and optimize business process automations for both internal operations and client implementations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both automation tools and business workflows, especially in accounting, finance, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and similar platforms
Integrate systems like accounting software, CRMs, billing platforms, and document management tools
Automate workflows involving:
Client onboarding
Invoice and bill processing
Payment workflows (e.g.,
Reporting and data synchronization
Connect APIs and troubleshoot integration issues
Optimize and document workflows for scalability
Collaborate with the founder to translate business processes into automated systems
Required Skills
Strong experience with:
Zapier and/or Make (Integromat)
API integrations and webhooks
Experience integrating tools such as:
Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero)
Payment platforms (e.g., Stripe,
CRMs and workflow tools
Ability to map and improve business processes before automating
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Clear communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with accounting or finance workflows
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, document processing, OCR)
Basic understanding of data structures (JSON, APIs, databases)
Experience building scalable systems for service-based businesses
Compensation
$3 per hour
