Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and engage with real estate professionals.
Conduct cold outreach via multiple platforms.
Draft detailed candidate profiles.
Update and maintain the CRM or Excel database with candidate details.
Collaborate to match talent with real estate agencies in need of new hires.
