Position Overview
As It Is In Heaven (AIIIH) is a Catholic healing, deliverance, worship, and evangelization ministry dedicated to helping people encounter the healing love and freedom of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a highly skilled Audio, Video, and Livestream Engineer who is passionate about both technology and ministry. This individual will be responsible for ensuring excellence in our worship experiences, livestream broadcasts, recordings, and music production. The ideal candidate is both technically gifted and spiritually mature, possessing a servant's heart and a desire to use their talents to advance the Kingdom of God.
This role requires regular participation in worship nights, rehearsals, livestream production, audio engineering, video production, and post-production music mixing.

Key Responsibilities
- Live Audio Engineering
- Operate and monitor audio systems during live worship events.
- Ensure clear, balanced sound for both in-person and online audiences.
- Troubleshoot audio issues in real-time.
- Assist with microphone setup, gain staging, routing, monitoring, and recording.
- Optimize vocal clarity and musical quality during worship services.
- Livestream Production & OBS Management
- Manage and operate OBS Studio for livestream broadcasts.
- Stream simultaneously to YouTube,
- Monitor stream health, audio/video synchronization, and viewer experience.
- Create and maintain scenes, overlays, transitions, graphics, lower thirds, and media assets.
- Troubleshoot livestream issues before and during broadcasts.
- Improve overall production quality and viewer engagement.
Video Engineering
Configure and maintain cameras, video switchers, capture devices, and streaming equipment.
Optimize video quality, lighting integration, and visual presentation.
Manage camera feeds and live video transitions.
Ensure all video systems work reliably during events.
Remote Technology Support
Utilize remote management software (such as Muse, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar tools) to support ministry systems remotely.
Assist leadership with troubleshooting livestream, audio, and recording issues.
Monitor and manage technical systems during broadcasts when not physically present.
Maintain documentation for ministry technology workflows.
Logic Pro Recording & Production
Record worship sessions and ministry events within Logic Pro.
Organize recording sessions and project files.
Edit recordings for future release and distribution.
Mix and master worship music and ministry recordings.
Assist in producing high-quality audio content for YouTube, streaming platforms, podcasts, and ministry resources.
Music Production
Collaborate with worship leaders, musicians, and ministry leadership.
Improve the quality of recorded worship music.
Create polished mixes suitable for:
YouTube
Spotify
Apple Music
Ministry videos
Podcast distribution
Assist in developing AIIIH's music ministry and future releases.
Event Participation Requirements, The Audio, Video & Livestream Engineer is expected to attend:
1. Monthly Worship Night
First Sunday of each month
7:00 PM Central Time
Approximately 2 hours including setup and the performance
2. Monthly Worship Rehearsal/Band Practice
Typically held mid-month
