JOB OVERVIEW

Accounting assistant for mainly Australian clients

Work in small, friendly and professional team (mostly located in PH)

We will help the right candidate become an expert in some or all of the following tasks:
- Preparation of financial statements, tax returns using Xero, MYOB and QB
- Reviewing and interpreting reports, Xero, QBooks, MYOB
- Preparing journals and adjustments in Xero
- Project management in Gsuite
- Preparation of BAS / IAS / Payroll etc
- Preparation of Corporate minutes, permanent records for accounting clients
- Administration tasks with ATO correspondence

Qualities needed:
- Love to learn
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a high quality team
- Continual improvement
- Fundamental accounting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Australian businesses will be an advantage, however it is not required.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and includes:
10 days paid sick leave p.a.
