JOB OVERVIEW

SEEKING:
We are looking for a long-term, fully dedicated 40-hour-a-week/full-time employee; with the desire to grow their career. You will report directly to the CEO and communicate daily via IMs, SMS, email, and video calls. We believe in heavy training then workplace autonomy. We are looking to hire an employee who has the desire to become the MVP by growing the role, and responsibilities and eventually promote.

You will be heavily supported with training/coaching but you must have the ability to take detailed notes and execute accordingly. We pride ourselves on immediate feedback. You are expected to complete work promptly, ask questions when needed and proactively manage your tasks.

WHAT WE PROVIDE/ WHAT TO EXPECT:
90 days: The first 3 months will be onboarding and a probation period. 33500 pesos /month, paid semi-monthly.
90+ days: There will be opportunities for promotions, salary increases, and/or commission opportunities.

-Daily Status Meeting(s)
-Daily live training; job shadowing, reverse job shadowing then autonomy!
-Ability to manage your time and tasks effectively
-Ability to prioritize emergencies, daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Interviews are this week: June 10th – June 12th; roughly 20-minute interviews.
Tentative start date: June 24th.
