JOB OVERVIEW

How's it going everyone - I run a medium sized Science documentary channel and am looking for an assistant to help with a myriad of tasks.

This is a dynamic role where responsibilities may shift week to week based on channel needs, so you need to be interested in learning new things, are self motivated, and efficient. If you're not resourceful this is not the role for you. Your english also has to be near perfect, both written and verbally.

Core Responsibilities (what I know I will have you do pretty much weekly):
- Social media content scheduling and management (you need a smart phone, as we only post shorts natively not through the website)
- Email inbox monitoring
- Project management (could be a diverse range of projects)
- Research (could be about anything, laws, science topics, competitor research)
- Finding people who have plagiarized our videos
- Finding talent if I need to hire additional people
- Reaching out to people

Additional Projects May Include:
Discord community management
Contract Drafting
Competitor research and trend analysis
Financial tracking and expense management
Topic research for upcoming videos
Calendar management
Digital file organization
Miscellaneous research projects
Special projects as channel needs evolve

Requirements:
Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Available during [insert your timezone] hours
Experience with social media management
Proficiency in spreadsheets
Adaptable to changing priorities
Independent problem solver

Application Instructions (important do not send me a generic message, it will be ignored):
- What unique skills or experience you bring that others may not have
- How your specific background could benefit a fast-growing YouTube channel
- Put Dinosaurs are cool because... and then a reason in the subject, so I know you've paid attention
- Put the amount of hours you have time to dedicate
- Anything else you think is important

I will be looking your hourly rate listed on your profile to compare to other applicants, but I'm looking for fit more than anything
