The Customer Artificial Intelligence and Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency across our company’s systems and processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions and automation tools that streamline operations and improve the customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Development & Integration: Develop and integrate artificial intelligence solutions to optimize customer service, data management, and other operational processes.
Systems Automation: Design and implement automated workflows and processes that reduce manual intervention, enhance efficiency, and ensure accuracy.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that can be used to drive improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with company Founders to understand their needs and develop tailored AI and automation solutions.
Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate existing systems, making recommendations for enhancements or replacements as needed.
Software Development: Develop solutions for software automations and AI models, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
Project Management: Lead and manage AI and automation projects from conception through to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Report to company CTO with project updates, solutions and ideas.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to tea
Compliance & Security: Ensure all AI and automation solutions comply with industry regulations and data security standards.
