Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the visual direction of brand projects, setting the tone, style, and visual identity across digital platforms.
-Develop compelling, innovative designs that resonate with our target audience, particularly within the alcoholic beverage sector.
-Collaborate closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize campaigns that merge creativity with strategy.
-Guide and inspire a team of designers, fostering a creative environment where ideas flow freely and innovation thrives.
-Stay ahead of design trends, applying cutting-edge techniques and approaches to every project.
-Ensure projects are completed at the highest standard, on schedule, and align with the brand’s goals.

Ideal Candidate:
-MUST HAVE MINIMUM 10 YEARS OF GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE
-Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role, with a portfolio that showcases exceptional design and conceptual skills.
-Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and the digital landscape.
-Highly intuitive with an ability to grasp and translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts.
-Excellent leadership qualities, capable of guiding and elevating a team’s creative output.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with web design tools.
-Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to pitch and advocate for your ideas.
-A self-starter, driven by creativity and innovation, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
