Join Serenity Clean as an Area Manager (Offshore) and play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every cleaning. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an OUTSTANDING experience to all of our clients, and if we ever fall short, it's your job to "Make It Right."

The Area Manager role at Serenity Clean is one of the most important in the company. It has one responsibility...

From that one responsibility stems many others, the main one being managing the Cleaning Rockstars in your assigned locations, ensuring they deliver that OUTSTANDING experience.

About This Role:
REQUIREMENTS:
• C1-Level English Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English to ensure seamless client and team communications.
• Assertiveness: Confidently handle interactions with American clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers—no room for passivity or aggression.
• Empathy: Proactively address client concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
• Responsiveness: Maintain a fast and immediate response rate to meet the needs of both our team and clients.
• Organizational Skills: Expertly manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Commitment: Embody and promote our company values, fostering a positive work culture.


PREFERENCES:
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within the cleaning industry.
• Experience with remote management, especially in a similar time zone to the U.S.
• Cultural adaptability, understanding both U.S. and Filipino cultures to bridge communication gaps.
• Tech-savviness with tools like Zoom, Slack, and project management software.
• Background in Sales or HR, with experience handling diverse responsibilities.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track inventory, and ensure schedules are maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Retention: Maintain strong client relationships.
• Schedule Management: Ensure schedules are 100% complete daily.
• Team Leadership: Directly manage Cleaning Rockstars in assigned areas.
• Daily Updates: Deliver daily updates for Sales & HR needs in your locations (approx. 3-10 mins per day).
• Decision-Making: Resolve client and teaUpgrade to see actual infomber challenges.
• Team Assessment: Evaluate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers’ fit and coordinate with HR as needed.
• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operations in your area.
• Cross-Department Liaison: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, HR, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Inventory Management: Pull weekly checklists and ensure locations are stocked.
• One-on-One Meetings: Conduct monthly check-ins with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Issue Management: Create and track tickets for all client and teaUpgrade to see actual infomber issues with the AAMs.
• HR Collaboration: Assist with payroll and timesheets as needed.
• Marketing Communication: Coordinate with marketing on low-volume days and handle daily discounts.
• Card Dispute Handling: Submit evidence for card disputes on Stripe.
• Discipline Management: Issue and conduct written redirections via Zoom.
