Umbrella Property Services is a fast-growing building services company based in Vancouver, Canada. We’re on the lookout for rockstar talent ready to step into a full-time, permanent Virtual Customer Service Rep position.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text
- Handle inbound and outbound calls through RingCentral
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide estimates
- Update and manage data in CRM and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with the team through project management tools
- Maintain accurate administrative tracking and reporting
- Use our daily tech stack: Jobber, Company Cam, Slack, Google Suite, RingCentral, Trainual, and Loom
- Offer suggestions for improving processes and systems
- Help create a positive, supportive virtual work environment

Non-Negotiables (Please read carefully):
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM PST, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)
- Fluent English speaker with a quiet, distraction-free workspace (no cafés)
- Reliable computer setup with two monitors or a laptop + external screen
- Headset with microphone, mouse, and keyboard
- High-speed internet (100mbps or faster) for video and phone calls
