Architect

I am working on the creation of climate certificates for buildings and need support in the creation and documentation of these certificates. Later on, you will also assist with drawing and modifying plans at various scales. I'm looking for a long-term team member.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture.
Knowledge of at least one CAD program.
Willingness to learn new programs and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

-Data collection: Collect data from architectural plans. (Understanding of plans and sections required)
-Plan Modification: Modify plans to meet project requirements. (Knowledge of a CAD program required)
-3D Modelling: Create and modify 3D models. (Knowledge of Rhino is a plus, but willingness to learn is important)
-Data Entry: Manage project related data.
-Research: Carry out research to support projects. (Curiosity and investigative skills are important)
-Language skills: Willingness to learn architectural vocabulary in German. (Understanding of software and plans)
