Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to reach out to potential clients, spark their interest in our services, and schedule meetings with our Sales Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients and will play a crucial role in driving the sales process forward.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct 350+ outbound cold calls daily to potential clients across various industries, aiming to book appointments with decision-makers.
- Engage prospects by understanding their business needs and effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Initiate the sales process by booking meetings for our Sales Representatives.
- Persuade prospects to take the next step in the sales funnel, whether that’s scheduling a meeting or engaging in a follow-up conversation.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for appointments booked and revenue generation.
- Manage prospect data accurately in our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up by the sales team.

Technical Requirements:

- At least 8GB of RAM and i3 Processor or equivalent (for optimal system performance)
- Minimum 30 MBPS internet speed (download and upload)
- Must have at least 2 devices (one primary and one backup)
- Two internet connections (primary and backup – one must be postpaid)
- Devices must be compatible with Bitwarden, the password manager we use for company security.
