Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dialer to join our team. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and either transferring live calls to licensed agents or booking appointments directly on their calendar.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- Qualify prospects using a simple script
- Transfer interested prospects live to advisors
- Schedule appointments accurately on the calendar
- Update call notes and track results

Requirements:
- Fluent English (clear speaking and strong communication skills)
- Confident on the phone
- Sales or call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Goal-oriented and coachable
- Able to commit to a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–12:00 PM EST and 5:00 PM–9:00 PM EST

Compensation:
- Hourly pay + performance-based incentives.
