Job Position: Appointment Setter / Sales Agent (Medical Spa Industry)

A fast-growing marketing agency is looking for a personable thorough Appointment Setter to contact prospective clients via telephone. We work on behalf of clients to call their leads and book appointments. This means that you will be phoning on behalf of different companies and dealing with various different services, ensuring that your work is never boring.

Responsibilities:

With our teams lead generation efforts, your role is to convert them into appointments and maximize every possible lead. Here is the breakdown of your responsibilities.

Lead Engagement: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, handle objections effectively, furthering the sales process and communicate the value of our Medspa services.

Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with every lead promptly and effectively, increasing our clients conversion rates and freeing them up from the time consuming task of managing follow-ups.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for our clients using the GoHighLevel CRM based on lead availability and client preferences. Ensure that qualified leads are seamlessly scheduled into our clients' calendars maximizing their efficiency and ensuring a steady flow of patients ready for premium treatments.

CRM Management: Manage and update our GoHighLevel CRM system with detailed and accurate notes on each call including prospects' responses, projections and next steps.

Feedback: Provide regular feedback on call quality, lead quality, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Medspa services to generate interest and commitment from leads.


Requirements (MUST READ)

Proven experience in appointment setting, preferably in a similar industry or sales environment
Strong sales negotiation skills, ability to handle objections and engage prospects in meaningful conversations
Fluent in English or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken & written)
A cheerful personality and being a people person
Well organized, structures and ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated while working remotely
Outstanding listening skills, attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
Stable internet connection and electricity
A good quality headset, preferably noise cancelling
Two screens is a must
Internet Speed must be 20mb/s download, 10mb/s upload
Be able to work in Unites States tiomezones

BONUS

ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS (Big plus!)
Experience in Medical Aesthetics / Med Spas
Experience in GoHighLevel CRM
Previously worked for a Marketing Agency

Compensation

The pay for this role is $5-$9 USD per hour PLUS COMMISSIONS & BONUSES. You can work more hours if you are available
Opportunities for bonuses are available but please only apply if you are comfortable with this rate
