Appointment Setter – AI Lead Gen for Home Services (Base + Commission)

We're an established and growing US marketing agency looking for a dedicated appointment setter who works both inbound and outbound leads. Not a dabbler. Not someone who ghosts their pipeline. A professional who takes pride in booking qualified meetings - every single day.

What You'll Be Setting Appointments For:
An AI-powered lead generation system built for Home Services businesses (painters, remodelers, and similar trades). The system generates leads, qualifies them with AI voice + text agents, and books appointments directly on our clients' calendars. It works. We took one painter from $295K/year to $1.5M in 14 months. We have killer case studies, a product that delivers, and a closer who converts.

The Reality of This Role:
This is consistent, focused work. You'll be working warm inbound leads AND running outbound to home services business owners. Your one job: get qualified decision-makers on the calendar. A closer handles the rest. Most people don't have the discipline for this. The ones who do will earn well and grow with us.

Your Mission:
- Work inbound leads fast - speed to lead is everything.
- Run outbound to home services business owners (phone + text + LinkedIn).
- Qualify prospects and book them onto the closer's calendar using GHL.
- Keep the pipeline clean and updated - no leads left behind.
- Hit your daily booked-meeting targets. Then beat them.

Who We're Looking For:
- Consistent and disciplined - you show up, dial, and hit targets without being chased.
- Phone confidence - comfortable starting conversations with business owners cold.
- 1+ year of appointment setting or outbound prospecting experience (proven results, not just "experience")
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A self-starter who manages their own activity without hand-holding
- Hungry - you want to earn commission on every meeting that closes

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Set appointments for home services / trades / local business owners
- Worked for a digital/marketing agency or B2B service business
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Comfortable with SMS/text and email outreach alongside phone calls
- AI tools in your daily workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

You must be able to work US business hours (8am–5pm HST / 11pm–8am PHT). This is a firm requirement - not flexible.

Employment:
Part-time or full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term only. We're not interested in job-hoppers.

Compensation:
Uncapped commission. Base starting 30k-50k PHP/month + commission per closed deal that you set + residual recurring commission (Wise/Payoneer paid bi-weekly). Top setters double their base monthly when the closer converts. 13th month considered for long-term hires.
