B2B Appointment Setter Service Businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Med Spas) | GoHighLevel Experience Preferred

We are building a fast-growing lead generation and automation agency called FlowCapture, focused on helping service-based businesses in the U.S. (HVAC, plumbing, med spas, restoration companies) capture more leads and convert missed opportunities into booked appointments.
We use GoHighLevel (CRM + automation system) to manage outreach, follow-ups, pipelines, and appointment booking.
We are now hiring a B2B Appointment Setter to handle outbound outreach and book qualified appointments for our clients.


Make outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to business owners
Identify decision-makers (owners, managers)
Qualify prospects based on basic criteria
Book appointments into the calendar using GoHighLevel
Update CRM pipelines and contact notes
Follow scripts and daily KPIs
Consistently generate booked calls for service-based businesses


Experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound sales
Familiar with GoHighLevel (big advantage)
Comfortable speaking with business owners in the U.S.
Strong English communication skills
Confident handling objections like:
“We’re not interested”
“Send me info”
“We already have a system”
Reliable, consistent, and disciplined with daily outreach

1–6 qualified booked appointments per day
Consistent daily outreach activity (8–10 hours) Monday-Friday
High-quality leads provided (with a 60% probability of becoming a client, verified through our CRM)
