Appfolio CPA Accounting Expert Needed

Are you a seasoned accounting professional seeking an engaging role? Join our dynamic Real Estate and Laundry Equipment businesses as an Accounting Assistant and play a pivotal role in their continued success. We are on the lookout for an individual with keen attention to detail and a strong background in Appfolio, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:
* Process invoices in Appfolio for both the Real Estate and Laundry Equipment businesses, handling test collections and email collections through Appfolio, and responding to tenants' emails and text messages.
* Analyze utility meter reading usage using Google Sheets.
* Update daily reports in Google Sheets for both businesses.
* Document business processes and accounting policies for both ventures.
* Utilize QuickBooks to handle financial transactions for the Real Estate and Laundry Equipment businesses.
* Prepare reports on monthly evictions and update monthly tenant collections reports.
* Update the spreadsheet with fees, judgments, docketing, and information subpoenas.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Appfolio, QuickBooks, and mid-level skills in Google Sheets.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent customer support skills.
*Proficient in English.
*Having a background in tenant collections, would be highly preferred.
