Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Animator to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality animations (e.g. https://www.instagram.com/cleoabram/). This role will collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute animations that captivate our audience and align with our brand’s vision. Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw material into finished animations, including motion graphics, character animations, and other visual elements.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and bring video and animation ideas to life.
Create visually compelling animations tailored for social media platforms and other digital formats.
Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and consistency with the brand’s visual standards.
Optimize animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Provide proactive feedback and suggest innovative ideas to enhance animation quality and audience engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve animation workflows.

Required Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an animator, with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Demonstrable storytelling skills and an understanding of pacing and visual composition.
Excellent graphic design skills with a strong eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 2D/3D animation tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
Knowledge of video editing and sound design.
Familiarity with creating animations for specific social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Passion for storytelling and helping people achieve their goals through visual content.
