Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wholesale product research using various tools and strategies to discover profitable products for our Amazon US Wholesale business.
• Analyze product data, including sales volume, pricing trends, competition, and customer demand, to assess product viability and potential profitability.
• Stay informed about market trends, consumer demands, and industry developments to identify new wholesale product opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop wholesale sourcing strategies and guidelines for effective product selection.
• Source products directly from reputable wholesale suppliers and manufacturers to build a robust product portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities for volume discounts, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with wholesale suppliers.

Requirements:

• Your initial task involves taking a course we offer, designed to equip you with fundamental knowledge about Wholesale operations and sourcing techniques. This course serves as a foundation for honing your skills. You will have one week to complete the course and practice what you have learned. Upon successful completion of the course, we will embark on 2 week trial period during which we will collaborate closely each day to assess whether you are the right fit for our company.
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in wholesale procurement for Amazon businesses.
• Experience using Smart Scout, Keepa, Sas, A UPC scanner, and a CRM is needed.
• Profound knowledge of the Amazon marketplace, including FBA processes and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify profitable wholesale product opportunities.
• Exceptional research skills, with the ability to source from reputable wholesale suppliers and manufacturers.
• Keen attention to detail, capable of identifying trends and patterns in wholesale data.
• English proficiency must be advanced.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and a collaborative team player.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Reliable internet connection and Computer at home.
• While working with us, it's important to note that you cannot simultaneously engage in employment with another Amazon Seller.
• If you are a member of lead groups and submit leads that are not rightfully sourced, please be aware that we will be able to detect this and have to terminate your contract. Our monitoring extends to various lead groups and lists, and we maintain connections with several 7-figure sellers who employ extensive teams of virtual assistants. To ensure the integrity of our leads and prevent the adverse effects of oversaturated markets, we have a server that consolidates leads from all virtual assistants, thereby preventing the submission of leads that could potentially lead to price drops. If providing saturated leads is your practice, we kindly suggest seeking alternative job opportunities. In the subject line WRITE $600. Failure to do so it is an automatic Disqualification.
• You will be required to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Payment will be every 1st and 15th of the month.
• Time Doctor must be installed to monitor productivity.

Benefits:

• Paid vacation time (Service Incentive Leave) of one week a year is awarded as standard after one year with the company. This must be used within the year awarded.
• We provide periodic pay raises based on performance and promotions.
• Starting Monthly Salary is $600.
