I’m seeking a Full-Time Virtual Assistant with experience in **Amazon Seller Central** and strong proficiency in Google Sheets to help manage daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. About the Role
As my Virtual Assistant, you will have an essential role in the following areas:
Primary Responsibilities:
- **Amazon Seller Central Management:**
- Manage listings, monitor inventory, and resolve any account issues.
- Track and resolve stranded, delayed, or missing inventory cases.
- Handle cases with Amazon Seller Support (refunds, claims, etc.).
**Supplier and Logistics Management:**
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
- Handle inventory shipments, making sure products arrive at the prep center and Amazon’s warehouse efficiently.
- Help manage the flow of products to Amazon’s FBA system to maximize sales.
**Returns and Claims Management:**
- Efficiently process customer returns and handle claims for lost or damaged items.
- Ensure returns are recorded and tracked to prevent issues.
**Inventory and Data Management:**
- Utilize **Google Sheets** to track inventory, returns, claims, and logistics.
- Assist in organizing data and maintaining accurate records for reporting.
** Experience in sourcing for both Online Arbitrage and Wholesale is highly preferred, but not required.
You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to organize and streamline tasks independently.
