We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to help manage our Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Shipment Confirmation: Ensuring all shipments are confirmed on Amazon.
Shipping Label Organization: Formatting and managing shipping labels via spreadsheets.
Tracking Confirmation: Verifying and updating tracking numbers for all shipped orders.
Product Sourcing (Optional): Assisting in finding profitable products to sell.
Requirements:
Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central (FBM experience preferred).
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
(Preferred) Experience with product sourcing for Amazon.
