We are seeking a skilled and reliable Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in product research, sourcing, listing management, and brand outreach, with working knowledge of Keepa and Amazon Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product research using Keepa and other approved tools
Source profitable products and identify potential suppliers or brands
Create, review, and optimize Amazon product listings
Perform brand outreach and manage communication with potential partners
Support day-to-day Amazon Seller Central tasks
Track assigned tasks, progress, and working hours through Hubstaff
Follow company processes and complete training requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a related eCommerce role
Knowledge of Keepa and Amazon Seller Central
Experience with product research, sourcing, listings, and brand outreach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable computer and stable internet connection
Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours
Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
Compensation and Training
Two-week training period at $2 per hour
After successful completion of training, pay increases to $3 per hour
Training will cover company workflows, expectations, and internal processes
