Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant with a strong background in product research across UK, and European markets, including Germany, Spain, France, and Italy (potentially in the US in the future). The selected candidate will work exclusively(!) for our company as a Virtual Assistant and will be responsible for sourcing high-potential products from top wholesalers and retailers, optimizing listings, and using data-driven insights to maximize profitability. This position includes a 3-month probationary period to ensure a strong fit with our team and goals.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct comprehensive product research for UK and EU markets, particularly in Germany, Spain, France, and Italy.
-Source products exclusively from reputable retailers and wholesalers.
-Optimize listings to achieve a minimum ROI of 30% and maintain a Best Seller Rank (BSR) of 1-2%.
-Leverage tools like SellerToolkit, BuyBotPro, Scan Unlimited and Keepa for detailed market analysis.
-While we prefer experience with the tools mentioned above, we welcome familiarity with other/similar tools and encourage new sourcing methods.
-Use Trustpilot for vendor and market research.
-Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
-Manage and optimize Seller Central to ensure efficient listing management, order processing, and overall account health.
-Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

-Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or Product Researcher, with a focus on the EU and UK markets.
-In-depth understanding of sourcing products from multiple European wholesalers.
-Proficiency in English (fluency in another European language is a plus).
-Experience with BuyBotPro, Scan Unlimited and Keepa for market analysis.
-Track record of achieving a minimum ROI of 30% and a BSR of 1-2%.
-Familiarity with the UK and EU markets and experience.
-Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
-Familiarity with the US market, private label, selling on Etsy and other alternative platforms is a plus.
