We are on the hunt for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency through the use of SoStock supply chain software

Job Overview:

As a Supply Chain Manager at AteamProducts, you will lead all aspects of supply chain planning and forecasting for 4 brands across multiple sales channels. Your expertise will be crucial in forecasting our production and shipping schedules more accurately, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and on time. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex supply chains and a deep understanding of international logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to optimize inventory management, forecasting, and production planning.
- Oversee the creation and management of shipments on Amazon, ensuring compliance with Amazon's operational standards.
- Manage relationships with logistics and shipping partners to secure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless supply chain process from supplier to customer.
- Analyze and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes.
- Lead customer interactions on all technical and returns issues. (daily work checkin is required)

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with English speaking customers.
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon's shipping and logistics requirements.
- Familiarity with international logistics and the challenges of shipping across the US, CA, UK, and the EU.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
