JOB OVERVIEW

Mission of the role:
The role supports the Amazon Lead in managing and optimizing Amazon operations across multiple brands. This includes inventory management, account health, customer service, pricing optimization, and review strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and resolving shipping discrepancies to maintain stock availability.
Oversee Amazon’s Transparency Program, ensuring compliance with brand protection policies and tracking product authenticity.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a positive shopping experience and brand reputation.
Monitor account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, managing case logs, and proactively addressing potential risks.
Optimize pricing and Buy Box performance, leveraging competitive data to improve sales and profitability.
Manage and enhance product reviews, implementing strategies to improve ratings, engage with customer feedback, and mitigate negative reviews.
Generate and analyze operational reports, providing insights into sales performance, inventory levels, and marketplace trends.
Support daily Amazon operations across all brands, ensuring seamless execution of processes and adherence to best practices.

Key Skills / Experience:
At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central, handling inventory, customer service, or compliance.
Strong understanding of Amazon operations, including account health management, inventory control, and listing optimization (a plus).
Experience in review management with strategies to improve product ratings and brand perception (preferred).
Familiarity with FBA shipments and inventory reconciliation to minimize stock discrepancies.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and evolving marketplace trends.
Proficiency in data tracking and reporting, using Google Sheets or Amazon dashboards.
Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
