Amazon Product Listing Specialist

THIS IS NOT A SIMPLE PRODUCT LISTING FOR AMAZON JOB. WE NEED HELP TROUBLESHOOTING OUR PROBLEM SKUS, UNGROUPED Parent-child listings, banned listings, etc. We sell chemicals.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Amazon Product Listing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for resolving product listing issues such as mismatched SKUs, incorrect GTINs, and ungrouped product families. This role also involves managing and updating listings via flat files, ensuring all product data aligns with GS1 standards, and maintaining compliance with Amazon’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve SKU mismatches, GTIN errors, and product family issues on Amazon.
Update product listings using flat file uploads to ensure accurate, optimized, and up-to-date information.
Validate UPC, EAN, and ISBN codes against GS1 standards to maintain compliance.
Group and ungroup products properly (e.g., parent/child variations) for better user experience and discoverability.
Collaborate with our team to coordinate listing updates, track changes, and document resolutions.
Monitor and report on listing health, flagging potential issues before they escalate.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Amazon seller account management or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong familiarity with GS1 guidelines for barcodes and product identifiers.
Hands-on experience using flat files and Seller Central tools to upload and update listings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Solid English communication skills (spoken and written).
Reliable internet connection and a setup suitable for remote work.
