Amazon PPC Specialist (Part-Time)
Position: Amazon PPC Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Type: Part-Time Contractor (5–15 hours per week)

Glittery Craft is an established Amazon FBA business selling branded party supplies, craft kits, and productivity products across Amazon marketplaces in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and Mexico.
We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to improve advertising performance, increase profitability, and support new product growth.

Position Overview
The Amazon PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing all Amazon advertising campaigns across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate understands Amazon's advertising ecosystem, can analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve profitability through strategic campaign management.
This role is highly analytical and results-oriented.

Primary Responsibilities

Amazon PPC Management
• Manage Sponsored Products campaigns.
• Manage Sponsored Brands campaigns.
• Manage Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily.
• Launch and structure new campaigns.
• Expand keyword coverage and product targeting.

Keyword Research
• Conduct ongoing keyword research.
• Identify high-converting search terms.
• Discover new market opportunities.
• Identify negative keywords to eliminate wasted spend.
• Support product launch keyword strategies.

Campaign Optimization
• Adjust bids based on performance.
• Optimize campaign structures.
• Improve click-through rates (CTR).
• Improve conversion rates.
• Reduce wasted ad spend.
• Improve overall advertising efficiency.

Product Launch Support
• Develop launch strategies for new products.
• Build keyword ranking campaigns.
• Monitor launch performance.
• Recommend promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate launch advertising plans with management.

Competitor Analysis
• Monitor competitor advertising activity.
• Identify emerging competitors.
• Analyze market trends.
• Recommend defensive and offensive PPC strategies.

Reporting & Analytics
• Provide weekly PPC performance reports.
• Present actionable recommendations.
• Monitor profitability trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks.

Key Performance Metrics
The PPC Specialist will be measured on:
• ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales)
• TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Sales growth
• Conversion rate improvements
• Keyword ranking improvements
• Profitability improvements
• New customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
Amazon Advertising Experience
• Minimum 3 years of Amazon PPC experience.
• Experience managing at least $20,000/month in ad spend.
• Experience with multi-SKU Amazon brands.
• Strong understanding of Amazon advertising algorithms.
• Experience with product launches.

Analytical Skills
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret advertising reports.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to identify trends and opportunities.

Communication Skills
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to explain PPC decisions clearly.
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail.

Within the first 90 days, the PPC Specialist should:
• Fully audit existing campaigns.
• Eliminate obvious wasted ad spend.
• Improve campaign structure and keyword organization.
• Establish consistent weekly reporting.
• Present a strategic PPC growth roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitable sales.
