Amazon PPC Manager – Expert in Manual Campaign Optimization
Hours: 20-30 hours/week
Compensation: PHPUpgrade to see actual infoper hour (depending on experience)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing tools and home improvement brand selling 50+ products on Amazon, with exciting plans for expansion. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Amazon PPC Manager to lead our manual campaign optimization and scale our brand profitably. While we currently use PPC Ninja for maintenance, we require a specialist to handle the manual processes that automation tools cannot manage.

Your Role:
As our Amazon PPC Manager, you will take charge of our Amazon advertising campaigns, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability. You will collaborate closely with our team to manage and optimize PPC campaigns, refine our strategy, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manual PPC Campaign Management – Set up, optimize, and maintain Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Keyword Research & Optimization – Use Helium10, Search Term Reports, and Excel to identify high-converting keywords and optimize for performance.
- Bid & Budget Adjustments – Adjust bids and budgets to meet ACOS and ROAS targets, maximizing profitability.
- Campaign Scaling & Maintenance – Oversee ~80 ASINs, managing high-performing products and maintaining lower-activity listings effectively.
- Negative Keyword & Placement Strategies – Minimize wasted spend by adding negative keywords and optimizing placement bids.
- Dayparting & Advanced Strategies – Experience with scheduling ads for peak performance is a bonus.
- Listing Optimization Support – Collaborate to improve product listings for better PPC performance and conversions.
- Daily Reporting & Performance Tracking – Provide structured updates on key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, and CTR.
- Expect to spend 1-2 hours in daily strategy meetings with the CEO, especially in the first few months, to ensure alignment.


What We’re Looking For:
--- 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (manual campaigns only).
--- Strong English communication skills – Ability to clearly explain campaign strategies and results.
--- Proficiency in Helium10, Search Term Reports, and Excel – Data-driven mindset with a knack for optimizing campaigns.
--- Highly organized and detail-oriented – Small mistakes in PPC can be costly, so precision is key.
--- Basic understanding of SEO and listing optimization (preferred).
--- Experience with dayparting and advanced strategies is a plus, but not required.
