Job Overview:
We are a growing eCommerce Greeting Card company seeking a full-time Amazon PPC & Listing Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, is skilled at optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, and excels at creating high-converting product listings. You will be responsible for managing daily operations related to PPC campaigns, keyword research, listing optimizations, and overall account health.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon PPC Management
Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign analysis to drive profitable sales.
Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) and propose corrective actions.
Product Listing Optimization
Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that follow Amazon best practices.
Perform keyword research and incorporate relevant search terms to improve organic ranking.
Coordinate product images and A+ Content updates in compliance with Amazon guidelines.
Account & Inventory Management
Track inventory levels and work with the team to prevent stockouts.
Identify and troubleshoot listing issues (suppressed listings, stranded inventory).
Monitor product ratings, reviews, and seller feedback; execute strategies to improve review scores and solve customer concerns.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on competitor strategies, market trends, and Amazon policies.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and actionable insights for continued growth.
Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations) to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Regularly report campaign performance, successes, and areas for improvement.
Maintain open, honest communication and proactively suggest strategies to grow the brand.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central (listing creation, campaign management, reporting).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret PPC data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar is a plus.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research methods.
Work Hours & Schedule:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday).
Flexible working schedule is possible, but must be available for occasional team calls (usually within a set time window in U.S. business hours).
We expect daily communication and updates on tasks through our project management or communication platform (Slack, Trello, etc.).
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary range: USD $700–$1700 (depending on experience and skill level).
Payment frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly via PayPal, Wise, or preferred local payment methods.
