About us
We are UK e-commerce brand selling hats & scarves - We sell across Amazon UK/EU, Shopify, Etsy and eBay, with multiple product launches planned this year including a new cooling headwear line.

The role
We're looking for a designer with strong judgment and a sharp eye for product realism to own the visual quality of our Amazon catalogue. You won't just execute tasks — you'll audit our listings, decide what needs improving, and drive the work forward.

What you'll do
Audit our catalogue regularly and identify listings where images or A+ Content need updating, refreshing, or rebuilding
Recommend changes with clear reasoning — what's weak, what needs improving, and why
Generate lifestyle and product images using artlist.ai
Update images on Canva - such as making backgraund white or adding text, zoom etc
Design and update A+ Content modules in Amazon Seller Central
Create full product image sets (main image + 6 secondary images per ASIN)
Quality-check AI-generated images for realism — flagging anything that looks "off"
Adapt designs across UK, DE, FR, IT, ES marketplaces (text overlays in each language)
Keep visual style consistent with our brand

Must-have skills

Strong Canva skills — this is our main design tool
Hands-on experience with Amazon A+ Content modules and Amazon's image requirements
Experience generating product images using artlist.ai or similar AI image tools
Strong judgment on what makes a listing convert — you can look at a listing and tell us what's weak and what should be changed
Self-management skills — able to audit, prioritise, and propose work without being micro-managed
A sharp eye for product realism: you can immediately see when fabric drape, seams, proportions, lighting, or texture look wrong in an AI image
Understanding of Amazon image guidelines (main image rules, pixel requirements, etc.)
Good written English to communicate recommendations clearly

Nice to have

Photoshop or Photopea for finer edits
Experience with apparel, headwear, or fashion brands
Familiarity with multilingual EU listings
