To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Manager to ensure the operational excellence of our clients' product catalogs across all Amazon marketplaces.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Catalog / Troubleshooting Manager / Account Specialist to oversee product catalog management, resolve listing and account issues, and support overall marketplace performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon Seller Central, catalog optimization, troubleshooting complex listing problems, and managing seller account health to ensure operational excellence and business growth.

Amazon Catalog / Troubleshooting Manager / Account Specialist

Manage and optimize Amazon product listings by creating, updating, and maintaining catalog content while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. Resolve listing, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and account-related issues, including ASIN conflicts, suppressed listings, and catalog errors. Monitor account health metrics, handle performance notifications, prepare Plans of Action (POAs), and coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve complex cases. Analyze sales performance, conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and support promotional, pricing, and inventory initiatives to drive account growth and marketplace success.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
* Strong understanding of Amazon catalog structure, listing requirements, and marketplace policies.
* Experience with flat files, inventory management, and bulk listing uploads.
* Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
