We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of brands and drive growth across the Amazon marketplace.
This is a client-facing role for someone who communicates proactively, thinks strategically, and takes full ownership of account performance from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communication and leading weekly calls.
Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies, including PPC, SEO, catalog optimization, and promotions.
Proactively manage account health, including listings, inventory, Buy Box performance, suppressions, and Brand Registry.
Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and implement actionable growth plans.
Collaborate with advertising, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they impact account performance.
Continuously test, optimize, and improve results across Amazon channels.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on Amazon account management experience.
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Comfortable managing 5–10 brands simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Available to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST.
