About the Job:

As Amazon Brand Manager, you will be in charge of the profitability and gross sales of our products being sold in Amazon.

This is a unique REMOTE opportunity for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a REMOTE CONTRACTOR role, requiring a good internet connection (at least 50MBps), your own workstation, a smartphone with data, and schedule flexibility including the possibility of weekend work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1.) Keyword Ranking Optimization:
-Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords.
-Implement strategies to improve product listings' rankings on these keywords.
-Monitor and adjust tactics in response to changes in Amazon's search algorithm.

2.) Competition Tracking:
-Regularly analyze competitors' strategies, pricing, and product performance.
-Stay updated with market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
-Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis.

3.) Bullet Points and Image Ideation:
-Understand the prouct USP to ideate engaging and informative bullet points for product listings.
-Collaborate with design teams to create high-quality product images that highlight key features.
-Ensure all content is optimized for search visibility and customer conversion.

4.) Review Management:
-Monitor product reviews and ratings on Amazon.
-Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and effectively address negative feedback.
-Analyze review data to identify opportunities for product improvement.

5.) Product Research
-Identify product competition and break-in ability.
-Determine pricing and profit margin.
-Ideate product ideas that will better solve customer pain point.

Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Marketing Communications, etc.).
-Experience: (1) At least 6 years of proven experience in Ecommerce, Amazon Brand Management (2) 1-3 years of leadership experience (3) Expert level with Helium10 and DataDive. (4) Experience with ScaleInsight (preferred).
-Scope of Control: Control is only limited to their own work.
Impact: Jobs at this level have a direct impact on the performance of a single individual or team.
-Degree of Technical Skills: (1)Has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of practice. (2) Can identify and solve complex problems with ease. (3) Can mentor or train others effectively. (4) Is often sought out for their expertise.
-Degree of Problem Solving: (1) Individuals at this level are able to identify and prevent problems before they occur. They are able to think critically and creatively to identify potential problems and develop solutions. (2) Are able to work independently to solve problems.
-Task Complexity: (1) Tasks are more complex and require some problem-solving skills. (2) There is some ambiguity or uncertainty involved in completing the tasks. (3) The tasks require more specialized skills and knowledge. (4) The tasks can be completed in a reasonable amount of time.
-Hardware Required: (1) The level of hardware required needs to be sufficient for more demanding tasks such as browsing multiple browser tabs, video editing, and graphic design. (2) The hardware requirements for this level are higher than the basic level, and a mid-range computer or laptop will be required.

Interview Process
-The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interview in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numberic questions to verify your relevant experience. And then we will ask you up to 5 situation base questions to understand gauge your experience, logic & communication skills.
-After which, we might have some clarification questions for you.
-Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trail task (we will provide actual problems / issue we face that you will try to resolve).
-Lastly, we will do a final in person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
