Amazon PPC Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Amazon PPC Virtual Assistant to support the management and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role requires experience with Amazon PPC tools, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to improving campaign performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new strategies that enhance results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon PPC Management & Optimization
Perform ongoing campaign optimizations using tools like Helium 10 Adtomic, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar platforms.
Analyze ad performance metrics to make data-driven bid adjustments and keyword refinements.
Research and implement new campaign strategies, including competitor targeting and audience expansion.
Conduct monthly account audits to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Performance Reporting & Analysis
Generate in-depth reports that track key performance indicators (ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, etc.).
Maintain a campaign activity log to document optimizations, budget adjustments, and key insights.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance ad performance and meet client goals.
3. Invoicing & Data Management
Assist in compiling data for monthly invoicing, including commission calculations and client reports.
4. Research & Strategy Implementation
Conduct research on new keyword opportunities, competitor trends, and SKU performance.
Assist in testing and implementing new Amazon advertising strategies as directed.
5. SOP Development & Task Tracking
Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline campaign optimizations.
Organize tasks using project management tools like ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with Amazon advertising tools (Helium 10 Adtomic, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar).
Strong understanding of keyword research, bid adjustments, and campaign reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to improve campaign performance.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for better results.
Tools & Software:
Proficiency in Amazon PPC platforms and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Experience with project management software (Monday, ClickUp) is a plus.
