Responsibilities

As a full-time Amazon Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

- Amazon Seller Central Management
- Utilize flat file uploads for bulk operations (title changes, create product variants, updating product features etc.)
- Upload A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance brand presence.
- Set and maintain account KPIs for continuous improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with Seller Support and raise tickets when necessary.
- Regular listing audits
- Daily monitoring of the competitive environment in our market
- Manage graphic content on Amazon & multichannel
- Create Split Tests, Deals & coupons
- Keep all product data up to date

Qualifications

To succeed as an Amazon FBA Account Manager with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

-Experience Level: Mid-Level - Senior-Level
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Amazon FBA Account Manager or certificate from an amazon school (e.g. MyAmazonGuy)
- Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and the main KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales, ranking etc.) to further optimize them.
- Strong English communication skill (C1).
- Experience with troubleshooting with Amazon Support.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Experience in updating product data with bulk files (title changes, creation of product variants, updating product data etc.)
- Good skills in using ChatGPT for translation and problem solving
