Amazon Account & Inventory Manager (Part-Time)

We’re an Amazon FBA brand hiring a part-time Account & Inventory Manager to take ownership of stock tracking, reorders, and supplier coordination across Amazon and TikTok Shop (launching on TikTok soon).

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily account health and backend operations ( listing checks, order tracking, and seller support follow-ups etc.)
* Manage inventory across all SKUs using real-time data and forecasting
* Maintain and adjust reorder points and safety stock
* Forecast demand based on sales trends and marketing plans
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm lead times and shipment updates
* Generate shipping labels and coordinate air, sea, or split shipments
* Track incoming stock and manage reorders end-to-end
* Align inventory planning with PPC, marketing, and seasonal spikes
* Build and maintain inventory dashboards and workflows
* Support TikTok Shop inventory setup and 3PL coordination
* Create SOPS that are repeatable and easy to understand and follow
**PPC & Product/Keyword Research Not Required**

Tools We Use
* Amazon Seller Central
* Google Sheets (advanced formulas + forecasting)
* Inventory tools (you will need to recommend)
* Trello (for workflow tracking)
* Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop or 3PLs

Ideal Candidate
* Strong attention to detail, but prioritizes what matters
* Loves data, trends, and building systems
* Communicates clearly and follows through

Role Details
* Part-time (approx. 6-10 hrs/week to start)
* Based on 7 active SKUs — may grow with new product launches
