JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon A+ Graphics Designer who knows the Amazon platform inside and out. This is not a general graphic design role. The ideal candidate is a visual expert who understands the Amazon content ecosystem, can navigate Seller Central and Vendor Central confidently, and can identify and fix errors in existing A+ content without hand-holding.

You will own the end-to-end production of Amazon creative assets, from A+ Content and product images to Brand Store design and catalog hygiene, across multiple client accounts in the TaskOn pod model.

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years minimum in Amazon-specific graphic design
Primary Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Supplemental Tools: Canva (secondary use only)
Platform Knowledge: Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central required

Beyond technical skill, we are looking for someone who:
• Takes ownership and works independently without needing platform guidance or task-level supervision
• Has a sharp eye for detail and naturally catches errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues before they become problems
• Is comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without letting quality slip
• Approaches Amazon content with a conversion mindset, not just an aesthetic one
• Communicates clearly when flagging issues and follows through without being followed up on
• Treats catalog hygiene and asset organization as part of the job, not an afterthought

Key Responsibilities
A+ Content Design and Production
• Design Basic and Premium A+ Content modules that meet Amazon specifications and conversion goals
• Build comparison charts, feature callouts, sizing guides, and lifestyle layouts tailored to each product category
• Optimize all modules for both mobile and desktop display
• Apply and maintain brand consistency across all creative for each client account
• Refresh and update existing A+ Content based on performance feedback, catalog changes, or brand updates

Content Audit and Error Detection
• Review existing A+ Content across client catalogs and flag issues: broken image links, outdated messaging, non-compliant modules, or formatting errors
• Identify A+ Content that has been suppressed or rejected and diagnose the root cause
• Proactively flag listings that are missing A+ Content or where content quality does not meet brand standards
• Document audit findings and prioritize updates based on traffic and revenue impact

Product Images
• Design main images that comply with Amazon standards (white background, product fills 85% of frame, correct resolution and file size)
• Create supplementary infographic images that highlight key product features, dimensions, and use cases
• Develop hero images and lifestyle compositions that improve click-through rate
• Perform post-production editing including background removal, color correction, and retouching

Brand Store Design and Maintenance
• Build and maintain Amazon Brand Stores using the Brand Store builder in Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Design store layouts that reflect brand identity while following Amazon's store guidelines
• Update store pages for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, or brand refreshes
• Ensure store pages are structured for discoverability and conversion

Catalog and Asset Management
• Upload and manage creative assets directly in Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Maintain organized asset libraries by client, ASIN, and content type
• Track module versions and keep a clear record of what is live on each listing
• Coordinate with the operations team to align design timelines with launch schedules

Advertising Creative Support
• Design Sponsored Brands banners, custom image ads, and Sponsored Display creatives
• Create video ad thumbnails and end cards as needed
• Align advertising creative with the visual language established in A+ Content and Brand Store assets

Tools and Platform
Primary design tools:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Amazon platform (must navigate independently):
• Seller Central: A+ Content Manager, Brand Store builder, image upload, catalog management
• Vendor Central: A+ Content submission and content approval workflows
• Brand Registry tools and Amazon A+ Content guidelines

Supplemental tools:
• Canva (for quick edits or templated assets only)
• Google Drive or equivalent cloud storage for asset organization
• ClickUp or Asana for task and project tracking

Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience specifically in Amazon graphic design (A+ Content, product images, Brand Store)
• Demonstrable portfolio of Amazon A+ Content and product listing creative
• Hands-on experience uploading and managing content in Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Strong eye for detail, especially in spotting errors, misalignments, or compliance issues in existing content
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and concurrent projects without a drop in quality
• Solid understanding of eCommerce visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design
• Comfortable working remotely and independently within a pod-based team structure
