Job Description: Amazing Virtual Assistant for Digital Marketing Company
Position Overview: We are looking for an Amazing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal -candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This is a Flexible PST Daytime Role.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
-Write engaging and SEO-optimized blogs to support our content marketing strategies.
-Edit existing blog posts to enhance quality and SEO performance.
Project Management:
-Assist with light project management tasks in ClickUp, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are organized effectively.
-Conduct quality assurance (QA) work to maintain high standards across all projects.
-Monitor project and client budgets to ensure they remain within established limits.
Lead Generation and Research:
-Generate lead lists and research tools to streamline business operations and improve productivity.
Financial Management:
-Support QuickBooks Online (QBO) by categorizing transactions and reconciling accounts for accurate financial organization.
-Handle invoicing and client billing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
Client Communication:
-Create templates for client communications to improve efficiency in interactions.
-Manage client onboarding processes for seamless integration into our services.
-Oversee client support
Graphic Design:
-Design graphics for presentations, flyers, greeting cards, and other small scope marketing materials as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in ClickUp and QuickBooks Online is preferred.
-Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
-Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
-Social Media Management experience is a plus.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
