Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and versatile All Round Digital Marketing and Web Specialist who can handle a variety of tasks, from website design and development to creating engaging social media content and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for digital marketing. This is a full-time remote position open to applicants based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain websites to ensure high performance and user engagement.
* Create compelling social media posts that align with our brand and marketing goals.
* Plan and execute all-round marketing activities, including email campaigns, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
* Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
* Monitor and analyze website and social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, web design, and development.
* Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with WordPress.
* Experience in creating and managing social media content across various platforms.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
