Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage claims and guest communications for our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries via text,
• Assist guests with any issues or questions related to their booking, stay, or claims.
• Verify completion of all cleaning jobs after check-out and ensure properties meet company standards.
• Communicate with cleaning teams and property managers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Document and file claims for property damage or guest-related issues.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms is a plus.
