Airbnb Customer Service / Operational Manager Wanted

**What You’ll Do:**
As our Operations Manager & Airbnb Specialist, you'll keep our homeowners happy and ensure that guests have an amazing stay at our properties across the U.S. You will handle the following:
- Airbnb (and other booking platforms) support issues (including removing reviews)
- Communicate with guests
- Handle additional operational tasks
- Help create content and manage social media
- Process payments for contractors
- Purchase supplies needed for different properties
- Work with both online and in-person teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve our operations and make our workplace fun.


**What You Need:**
* ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
* Excellent at solving problems and quick to learn new things.
* Vast experience and knowledge working with Airbnb and other Booking Platforms
* Vast experience and knowledge working with Guesty
* Must have a reliable internet connection.


**Who We’re Looking For:**
* Proven experience in short-term rental or property management.
* Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) and property management tools.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in communication tools such as email, chat, and scheduling platforms.
* Social media management experience is a plus.
