Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our Airbnb business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Guest Communication:
-Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and messaging platforms.
-Assist guests with booking, check-in, and check-out procedures.
-Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns during their stay.
-Provide guests with local recommendations and information to enhance their stay.
2) Reservation Management:
-Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
-Utilize tools such as Hostaway, Pricelabs, Breezeway, WhatsApp, OpenPhone and
-Monitor and update property listings on Airbnb and other rental platforms.
3) Coordination:
-Coordinate and confirm cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays.
-Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely service.
-Maintain a schedule of routine property inspections and necessary maintenance tasks.
4) Administrative Support:
-Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
-Handle any additional administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.
5) Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for Airbnb or an Airbnb business is mandatory.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency with a project manager software such as
-Mandatory experience with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms.
-Familiarity with Hostaway, Pricelabs, Breezeway, WhatsApp, OpenPhone.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
6) Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
-Ability to speak STRONG English is mandatory
